Return/Exchange Policy


All sales are final but you can return the item for an exchange. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item(s). All Item(s) sent back are at the senders expense unless the company did something wrong. If it is the company mistake, all expenses are on the company.  It is recommended that you ship item(s) with tracking. We are not responsible for lost item(s).

Return/Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bellealluredesigns.com informing the reason for your return, agreement that your return item meets the requirements above, the new item on our site that you will like to request for and size. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are meant for exchange of clothing item(s) that equal original clothing item(s) amount prior to shipping and taxes. The request exchange clothing item(s) are based on availability.  The return item must be ship back to Belle Allure Designs at the customer expense. If the customer used Local Belle Pickup, the customer must meet the team member from Belle Allure Designs at the pickup location at the time discussed and agreed. There will be a 5 minute grace period for all customers late arrival. If the customer does not arrive to the pickup location in the time allotted, the customer must keep the clothing item purchased and ship the item to Belle Allure Designs for exchange item. Once the ship package is received and reviewed to ensure all conditions is met, the requested exchange clothing item will be ship to the customer at Belle Allure Designs expense.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

We have the right to cancel and not process any orders that is flagged for fraudulent activities.
